| Advice: |
The sand greens always have one smooth putting path
from end to end, and each flag has a long rope. Once everyone is on
the "green" you use the rope to mark all balls to the path,
then smooth the path with a long iron bar. |
| Facilities & Amenities: |
Well, let's see. There are a few cart sheds, available
only if you have paid yearly dues plus extra fee. There is a coke
machine by the first tee box, there is a bathroom in the clubhouse,
if it is unlocked. It is also up to three ball cleaners (I think,
two for sure). |
| Reason for Submitting Course: |
Saw your article in Golf Magazine, and I love my
home town course. I paid the yearly fee for the first time this year
and started to attend meetings, where we dole out some of the work
to keep costs down. My task is how to help drum up some more revenue.
I think being listed on your site might help! It is a fun little course.
Side note--great site and a great idea--you ought to convince Golf
Mag to feature one course a month! - N.F., 5/20/04 |
