Pheasant Creek Golf Course -
Touchet, Washington

Pasture golf is a return to Scottish links style courses. Technique over technology, it makes golf both fun and affordable to play.

Tired of super manicured courses, ridiculously priced greens fees, spendy clubs and fancy clothes? You'll love the back to basics play of pasture golf!

Facilities & Amenities: Course is built in the middle of a farm. Small clubhouse. Use of old balls is recommended, as fairways are often narrow, and out of bounds shots land in plowed fields and sink out of sight in the soft dirt. Greens are small and slow, but owner is looking for a top cutter to improve them.
Advice: Ninth hole is the best on the course--par 5 with a hard right dogleg in a valley amid rolling hills, and the green is offset on a ledge.
Reason for submitting course: It's a fun course, built by a guy who simply loves golf and isn't looking to get rich at it.
